What Is Life Coaching? It is visiting with a third party and discussing personal roadblocks and creating new healthier paths forward. It might be a new way to accomplish a task, finding the healthier version of yourself, starting over in a new city, creating more financial success etc. You are the one in the driver’s seat working with the life coach to work through the issue and the life coach helps you hold yourself accountable to you. Creating actionable strategies for personal or professional growth.

Is this Therapy or Counseling? No, a Therapist or Counselor can diagnose and treat mental health conditions. While similar in finding healthy and safe paths forward, they are not the same.

How will I know which one I need? Starting with the free consult is a great place to start. It is possible that both could be beneficial.

What are the costs? We will discuss the fee schedule after the initial free consult. You can expect the cost to be similar to the cost of a massage.

Does it have to be in person? No we can meet virtually or if you in the area we can arrange an in-person meeting. It is always based on your level of comfort and availability.

What times are generally available? We know that not everyone has availability during the workday so we can set up appointments 7 days a week with morning and evening appointments available to accommodate your hectic schedule as best as we can.
