My name is Erica Buescher and I am the founder of Lapis Lazuli Services. For over 20 years, I have been working in employment services, sales and compliance. Along my journey I have developed many amazing partnerships that have been vital to successful projects. While maintaining those relationships and many conversations we are combining forces to continue working together to provide top notch services for companies that need to complete projects, audits etc. however don’t have the budget to hire on a permanent team member.
With a Masters of Arts in Management with emphasis in Leadership and Communication and years of coaching experience, I knew it was time to expand services to not only help connect businesses to the right project manager, but to also connect with people and help create a clearer path forward for themselves. We are all on a journey, and sometimes we need a neutral third party to bounce some ideas off of to help formulate the next steps.
